Faye Patan, your hostess came to Canada from Myanmar (formally known as Burma) nearly forty years ago. Faye purchased this lovely property "Heritage1840 Bed and Breakfast" in 2003, after resigning from her job in Toronto.
Faye holds an MBA and had a successful career in the Information Technology field. She held various management and executive positions, before deciding to pack everything and move to a quiet little town and open an upscale bed and breakfast in the heritage district of Niagara-On-The-Lake.
Faye is very artistic and loves gourmet cooking, interior decorating, sewing and crafts. She is an accomplished knitter and
quite a handy person around the house. Faye operates her bed and breakfast with the help of her mother.
Faye practices Feng Shui and she is also a freelance Feng Shui Consultant.

A STAIR LIFT is installed for the guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. We offer a nutritious and scrumptious full course gourmet breakfast, luxurious accommodations and warm hospitality.

Heritage 1840 offers three large and comfortable guest rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, hair dryer, cable TV,
small bar refrigerator, coffee and tea making facility and an electric fireplace. Each room has its own climate-control air conditioning unit. The beautiful backyard includes a patio with
swing set, enhanced by a pond and three-tier waterfall. Surrounded by mature trees, the grounds are at your disposal to relax
and feel at home. Here you will see blue jays, cardinals and other feathery friends singing and bathing under the waterfall.
At Heritage 1840 you will experience the serenity of a private sanctuary right in the heart of the heritage district! We are
situated just steps away (50 steps to the Queen Street !) from the renowned Shaw Festival Theatres, shops,
restaurants, golf course, hiking and bike trails and Lake Ontario.
